With more than 30 years' experience in financial services, an industry still shaped by male dominated norms, Pip has seen firsthand the challenges women face and the extraordinary potential they bring. She knows what it takes to navigate complexity, influence at the highest levels, and lead with integrity in environments that were not built with women in mind.

Today, she uses that experience to support women to become the best version of themselves, grounded, empowered, and unapologetically effective.
